Rishi is excited about his new bike..

Can't believe that Rishi is driving a bike.. He is too excited about it.

Ofcourse it has to have lightning McQueen on it.. he he.. Now evenings are just spent on riding the bike and Sr. R gets a good walk. So Mommy is happy!!!

Rishi is filled with pride to drive the bike. He is too excited to wear his helmet and shades. And he is ready in no time when it's a bike outing. So Mommy now gets most job done by just asking one simple question.. "Rishi don't you want to bike today?"

Let's hope this excitement lasts at least till this Spring..

Catch the glimpse of Rishi on his new bike..! :)

Halloween 2011

Hello All, Okay .. Okay ..Sorry ..Sorry .. It's been three months since I blogged , just the usual reason.. Dad's been busy .. Moreover Patti was here , so was busy spending time with her.

Finally dad has found time to post some Halloween Pictures.. ! Have a glimpse....Unlike the last year when I did a hue and cry for wearing my halloween monkey dress. This time I behaved good and even posed for a few pictures.

I went door to door shouting Trick or treat and was delighted to see my pail gradually get filled with candies ! (Mom's hidden it and I am trying to figure out the hiding place...)

Cheers ! Happy Halloween .. !!!

Rishi's Day Dreaming...

My evening pass time these days is Barney and Diego
Whenever I switch it on, Lakshmi Patti says "Ayoyo let me go"

While I watch... I munch Oreos & Milk, sometimes Pizzas or Mum Mum
Without knowing what I eat, I always tell Mom they taste "Yum Yum..."

I am lost in my own world of cartoons & games
Can't even hear Dada say "I'm home"

This picture was clicked one such lazy evening
B'cos Dada wanted to put on records my day dreaming.. !

Rishi the chatter box !

Good to see you all after a while :)

I have now grown a little taller and a little smarter ;-) (I am sure MOM won't agree with me on that ...she keeps asking me "Will you ever be Potty trained ?" "Will I have to change your diapers even when you are 10 ? ). What do you guys think ? Will I ever >>>>> ;-) Please vote ha ha !

Mom says I keep talking lot of things..

My Tamil vocabulary has definitely improved - I know Green pepper is "kodamolaga"; and "Vengayam " is onion. I know little is "Konjam Konjam"; I tell appa when he leaves home "Pathu Ponga Pa" ; I can sing "Dosai Amma Dosa" , "Nila Nila" poems and "RO RO RANGAPPA.." (taught by my own OM THATHA alias Raja thatha)..

My English vocabulary is way ahead .. thanks to Minto Cassa ..
Here are a few memorable conversations I did over the last few months which brought roars of laughter at home ..
- I was having a shower , the bucket was blocking my way ..so I just pleaded the bucket.."Excuse me Bucket..Please MOVE ..I got to go .."
- Amma and me were having a stroll , she said to me "Please move to the corner, I see a car coming...", for which I replied "Amma, that's not corner that's pavement"
- Appa was teaching me to write on a slate .. He said "Rishi, I don't think you can manage this" for which I replied .. "Don't worry Appa ..I got it"
- Amma called out to me Rishi.. Rishi , i was busy with something and Amma calls out Mottai enada panra .. I reply to her "Amma I am no mottai I am thalai"
- The other day appa, me and lakshmi patti had gone for a stroll, me and amma were behind, at one point I couldn't see appa and patti ..So I asked "Amma where is Appa? Where is Patti? Where is my Family?" that brought ripples of laughter

I have now started enjoying Barney, especially Barney on a bus. I have just seen it for say a 1000 times ....;-)

Every time we leave home I want to drive the car (not really :) ) but pretend to do I have to open the car, sit on the driver's seat, switch on the engine, switch on the radio, adjust the mirrors.. Sometimes it's nerve wrecking for Amma and Appa but I enjoy doing it ! :)

I have been taught over 60 country capitals , a few Slokas and Thirukurals.. I can identify most of the animals and birds and fruits and veggies ..(oops dada forgot to add snapshots of those..will remind him to do it the the next time)

Here is a glimpse of what I have been up to. Enjoy...

Until next time...
