Rishi's Diwali Dhamaka...

Riya is 3 months old ...

Riya is now smiling .. she does smile often .. People say it's too early but she does :) And she brings smile on all our faces. Rishi is elated when she smiles. The best thing that he has said so for .."Mom you are no longer the princess of the house, since Riya is now here", I begin to sulk and he immediately passifies me and says "NO worries Mom you are now the Queen !!!" Where does he learn all this ????

Riya is 2 months old

I can't believe time is flying, Riya is beginning to settle down, she is able to recognize my voice, when i sing for her or when I say Bonshu or Ladoo.. she immediately gives me an expression as if she is happy :) She is growing up ... Rishi is really excited about her . Always runs to her as soon as he comes back from school and whenever he leaves for school he ensures that he tells her that he is leaving (even if she is sleeping gives a flying kiss to the bedroom door !) . Hopefully Riya will be able to appreciate the love Rishi is giving her.

Our New Reader

Rishi now loves to read.. He is always asking his Appa or Amma to read or help him read.

Though sometimes it is annoying ,I must say he has impressed quite a few of his friends and family with his reading skills.

Rishi's First Snow Man

Oh how many days I have wanted this .. Days have gone when I used to be scared of a snowman, I have been pleading dad to build me one .. And today we did it for the first time. Ain't he cute ? :) Love you snowman. Thank you dada and Mom you guys really struggled in the cold and built this first snowman of mine.. Thank you !

Introducing my Baby Sister - Riya, born on 21st Dec 2012

Dear All, I'm filled with pride and joy as I write to announce the arrival of my baby sister - Riya. She is tiny, beautiful and a little princess. 

When amma went to the hospital on 21st morning, she told me to take care and that she was going to get my little sister and that I had to stay home with patti and wait for her. I went to hospital on 21st evening to see her. I was delighted to look at her. I'm so excited because I'm a "BIG BROTHER" now. 

My teacher, friends, Mom, Dad all have been talking to me on how I should behave when Riya comes home. I hope I'm able to live to their expectations. 

Welcome home my Baby sister.. Riya.. Promise you to be a lovely big brother :)
